Power had been returned to over 800,000 inhabitants by Saturday and the largest utility provider stated the primary work to restore power was concluded though partial blackouts persisted.

Air Defence Efforts and UAV Jamming

Ukraine's anti-aircraft systems neutralized fifty-four of seventy-eight UAVs from Russia launched towards Ukraine in the dark hours, the air force said on Saturday.

The Russian defence ministry said it intercepted 42 enemy drones over Russian territory.

Cuba Denies Claims of Sending Troops to Ukraine
